The New Headquarters Building for the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan project is located at the Haydar Aliyev Avenue, Baku, Azerbaijan where Tekfen had completed various landmark projects over the years in the same avenue.
Total construction area of the project is 68.326 m², mainly comprises a tower which is harmonious with the planned architectural intent of the region, an energy center and various structures located in the landscape area. The tower is in 163.80 mt height and consists of 2 underground and 35 aboveground floors.
Activity Basis Scope of Supply:
- Engineering BIM Modelling of Mechanical Systems at Revit and
- Coordination with Other Disciplines
- Procurement and Logistic of the Main Equipment and Installation Materials
- Installation of Heating, Cooling, Ventilaton, Plumbing, Drainage, Firefighting Mechanical Systems.
- Pre-Comissioning
- Comissioning and Hand Over of Mechanical Systems
Scope of Supply:
- Plumbing Systems: 632 nos Sanitary Units
- Cooling Systems: 4.500 kW with Air-Cooled Chiller Units
- Heating Systems: 3.000 kW with Floor Type Boiler Units
- Ventilaton Systems: 21 nos AHUs and 102 nos FAN Units
- Firefighting Wet and Dry Systems: 2 nos Fire
Pump Sets Low and High Rised Parts of Building
- Clean Agent Fire Suppression Systems: 21 nos protected rooms with 30.750 m3 volume.
